It all started when…
You know those stories where a great idea started on a napkin? Well, this isn’t one of those stories but it did start when two families decided to hang out for a quick summer vacation.
James is all about data. A consultant immersed in the Workday report writing world, James knew first-hand the limited amount of support for Workday report writers. And what did exist was unhelpful and boring.
Ryan is passionate about learning, specifically professional learning, and has built his career designing and delivering learning courses and workshops around the world, personally training over 50,000 learners. Ryan creates learning environments that are engaging, relevant, effective and fun which ensure that participants are able to immediately apply their learning.
And so as Jamie and Ryan talked and talked, Jen (with her own experience in professional learning) decided to interject. She knew there wasn’t a company out there that could teach best practices of Workday report writing in a systematic and proven model. She was eager for the three of them to create their own business, one that would effectively combine all their expertise. And so Daxa Learning Solutions was born.
The name Daxa means “expert in some action, work, or art.” Experts themselves in their respective fields, James, Ryan and Jen are eager to make their clients experts too.
